The team at Assured is here to help.
We have put measures in place to ensure the well-being of our Assured team members and our customers, and are monitoring advice from government and health authorities.
In some circumstances we are able to provide our services without the need for face-to-face meetings via phone, email and virtual means.
Assured are focused on providing support for any clients with existing loans, along with providing our usual services for any new lending needs.
We understand you may have questions about how the unfolding situation is likely to affect you and your finances. If you have any questions about any existing loans or new lending needs, please contact our office on (08) 83 600 200, our team is ready to assist you.
How we may be able help you:
Flexible meetings are second nature to our business and we can work with you to get your finance approved on terms you’re comfortable with. We can meet via video or phone and we have some great technology setup available to complete your loan application and sign documents electronically.
Your financial wellbeing is a priority.
Now is the right time to focus on your finances. Many lenders are offering support and we are here to help you work with your lenders.
Get in contact with us today and we’ll set up a time to discuss:
- Your loan and repayment options
- The current equity in your property
- Your options available to reduce interest rates – including repricing to see if your current lender can assist
- Offset accounts and redraw facilities
- Your mortgage rights and responsibilities
This is a tricky time for us all, but together we can get through it. We hope you and your families remain safe and healthy during this time.
We will keep you informed with updates as the situation continues.
